Our Services

Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy service focuses on diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal pain and injury. We provide thorough assessments, clear explanations, and structured rehabilitation plans designed to address the root cause, not just the symptoms. Whether you're dealing with back pain, a tendon injury, or post-operative rehab, we’ll help you move better and build long-term resilience.
Sports Therapy
Our sports therapy is designed for active individuals and athletes who want to return to training and competition with confidence. We combine hands-on treatment with progressive, performance-focused rehab to restore strength, mobility, and control. From acute injuries to recurring niggles, we help you get back to doing what you love stronger than before.
Massage
Our sports massage helps reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and support recovery from training or injury. Whether you’re preparing for an event, managing tightness from the gym, or simply need to relieve built-up stress, treatment is tailored to your needs and activity levels.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy is an advanced treatment used for chronic tendon and soft tissue injuries, such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, and tennis elbow. It works by stimulating healing and improving blood flow to stubborn areas that haven’t responded to traditional treatment. It’s particularly effective for long-standing pain that’s limiting your activity.
Acupuncture/dry needling
Dry needling targets muscular trigger points to reduce pain and improve movement. By releasing tight or overactive muscles, it can help restore normal function and accelerate recovery when combined with a structured rehab plan.
Cupping
Cupping therapy uses controlled suction to increase blood flow, reduce muscle tightness, and promote recovery. Often used alongside manual therapy and rehabilitation, it can help improve mobility and ease stubborn areas of tension.
